The Quran and Science

Unlike the Bible, which is considered by Christians to be the work of prophets and inspired messengers, the Quran is viewed by Muslims as the very word of Allah. As a result, the holy book of Islam cannot contain errors, as this would undermine its divine status. But what is the truth of the matter? To find out, it is necessary to study the Quranic passages that relate to science (biology, geology, astronomy…) and compare them with current scientific knowledge. The results of this examination contradict the claims made by Muslim apologists about the alleged "miracles" of the Quran. On the contrary, they reveal that in many areas, the Quran repeats the erroneous beliefs of the ancients, often inherited from Greek, Mesopotamian, Talmudic, and Syriac writings, which are scientifically unfounded.
